1. No Return & Refund Policy

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter, contacting us, or using our services.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your pooja, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to pandit availability and pre-arranged materials.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 48 hours of the scheduled pooja may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting costs for materials and preparation. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as all arrangements, including materials and priest schedules, are already set in place.

4.Service-Related Issues

If you face any issues with the pooja service, you must report them within 24 hours of completion. We will try our best to address concerns but no monetary compensation or refunds will be issued.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved as per policy, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

Custom Orders & Special Poojas

For special or large-scale poojas requiring advanced bookings, the refund & cancellation policy may vary.
